She holds certifications as a Health Education Specialist, Behavior Specialist, and Intuitive Eating Counselor. With a passion for promoting well-being, Kiersten takes a holistic approach to health, focusing on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

Kiersten believes that true wellness comes from within and that the key to lasting change is learning to listen to and honor one's body. She works alongside her clients in a client-led coaching process, where the client’s unique needs, values, and lifestyle are at the forefront of every session. By empowering individuals to set meaningful, realistic goals, Kiersten helps them make small, sustainable changes that can create a lifelong impact.

Kiersten recognizes the power of tuning into one's body to foster a deeper understanding of individual needs.
