Powered by the Office of Data & Innovation in collaboration with Human Resources and Information Technology, Innovation Lab provides employees with a structured learning environment to move ideas into action through process improvements, pilot programs, workshops, automation, and strategic problem solving, while building professional development in core skillsets such as Design Thinking and AI integration.
