The Fleet Management Board is empowered to provide independent oversight of operations and decisions affecting County vehicles and to create and enforce policies. The Board shall be guided by the overarching principle of acting in the best interest of County taxpayers, with particular emphasis focused on providing cost-effective, efficient, and safe fleet vehicles and operations.
