Midvale Senior Center is a joint effort between the City of Midvale and Salt Lake County Aging & Adult Services. Our mission is to promote independence through advocacy, engagement and access to resources.

Lunches at Midvale Senior Center

Midvale Senior Center will be providing lunches from 11:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. To sign up for lunch, please call (385) 468-3350.

Welcome to the Midvale Senior Center

CENTE

The Center offers a comprehensive range of programs to enlighten, educate and enrich the lives of adults age 60 and over. For those wanting to explore their creative side, the center offers a variety of classes such as bonsai, origami, pottery and painting.  We are proud of our health and physical activity classes that include Yoga, Tai Chi, Enhanced Fitness, and Line Dancing. There is a workout room with a weight machine and several stationary exercise machines.

We have a cafe which offers breakfast from 8:30am-10am, and lunch from 11:30am - 1:30pm. The café is open to the public and operated by Elevation Catering.
