Document Repository

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) funds Salt Lake County's Revolving Loan Fund, and the County maintains a public documents repository as a condition of that EPA funding.

The information in the repository is available for public review and access during regular business hours. To arrange access, or to request a specific document, please contact Kersten Swinyard.

Examples of relevant documentation include:

  • The site and borrower/subgrantee eligibility determination
  • An Analysis of Brownfields Clean-up Alternatives (ABCA) or its equivalent
  • Phase I and II assessment reports
  • Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP)
  • Loan Application
  • Wasatch Brownfield Coalition Board Minutes
  • Cleanup completion documentation
