Request for Application

The SUD Prevention program periodically releases Requests for Applications (RFAs) to support prevention programming throughout Salt Lake County.

We currently have a great funding opportunity for geographic-based coalitions and their efforts. Coalitions may receive up to $1,500 for:

• Any incentive that promotes the coalition’s name or purpose
• Any incentive that directly supports a priority agreed-upon by the coalition members
• Any training that directly supports a priority agreed-upon by the coalition members
• Any food items that support a coalition meeting or sponsored event.

Additional spending must be preapproved by SLCoHD in writing (email accepted).
