State law requires reporting of certain diseases and situations to the appropriate local health department. This helps ensure that public health officials can act appropriately to protect the health of the public.
If you think you became ill from a food product or restaurant, please report that to the Utah Department of Health & Human Services. Please also encourage any other ill people in your dining group to also report their illness.
