Doug Castillo has spent over a decade exploring a simple question: why do people do what they do? His work centers on helping leaders better understand human behavior and use that insight to build stronger teams, healthier workplaces, and more effective leadership practices. Doug joined Salt Lake County government to help design and facilitate leadership development for county employees. He now serves as Division Human Resources Manager for the Salt Lake County Health Department, where he supports leaders and teams working to serve the community through public health.
