Contingency Plans per Utah Code § 11-52-103

Utah state code section 11-52-103 requires counties with revenues from federal sources that exceed a certain percentage for a given year to create and publish a contingency plan.  These plans illustrate what the county would do if the revenues from federal sources dropped by a certain percentage.
