By State Statute, the Metro Township Mayor, Salt Lake County Mayor, or Designee for any Unincorporated Salt Lake County area must approve all new pipelines within Salt Lake County right-of-ways.

Return two signed and notarized agreements, along with one set of detailed plans to the Permit Specialist.
