I was released from jail to supervision

If you were released from jail to supervision, you should have received an appointment and a copy of your release agreement. You will need to attend your scheduled appointment with your assigned CJS case manager. See the Pretrial section for more information.

If you were referred to be screened for a Specialty Court, you will need to complete an LSCMI Assessment. Please call (385) 468-3500 to make an appointment with a CJS case manager.
