Help Us Help Them!
There are many ways to get involved at Salt Lake County Animal Services. We treat every animal in our shelter as an individual.
Some pets stay with us for a short amount of time before they are adopted, while some stay a while longer.
You can work directly with our animals or do other things that do not require any animal interaction. Let’s find the best way for you to help us help them!
In addition to funding, we are in constant need of the following supplies. If you can open your hearts and share ANY of these items, we would be extremely grateful.
Due to our increased veterinary activities, our clinic is regularly in need of the following materials. If your beloved pet has passed away or is no longer part of your family, please consider donating his/her medical supplies to help another animal.
Please note that we accept all medical supplies except controlled substances. The American Veterinary Medical Association provides information on disposal of unwanted medications.
